Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign (City University)

As part of the Breast Cancer Awareness campaign, the Peshawar General Hospital team visited City University to provide in-depth information about breast cancer to students.

The session was initiated by Prof. Dr. Khurshid Ahmad, Consultant General & Laparoscopic Surgeon, highlighting the importance of awareness and prevention. Dr. Spogmay Naeem followed with a comprehensive presentation on breast cancer symptoms, signs, and a detailed explanation of Self-Breast Examination, stressing the need for early detection.

The session ended with a Q&A, where students engaged directly with the doctors, gaining clarity on their concerns. Prof. Dr. Khurshid Ahmad urged the students to spread this vital knowledge within their communities, emphasizing that early action can save lives.
