In-Patient Services:

Out-Patient Services:
The Department of Radiology offers a wide range of out-patient services to cater to the diagnostic needs of patients. From routine X-rays to advanced imaging modalities like CT scans, MRI scans, and ultrasound, patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their specific requirements.
Current Equipment:
- Digital Radiography: Enables high-quality X-ray imaging for various diagnostic purposes, including general radiography, intravenous urography (IVU), and bedside radiography.
- CT Scan (16 & 128 slice): Provides detailed cross-sectional images of the body, including specialized scans such as CT coronary angiography, CT cardiac anomaly, CT angiography of cerebral and carotid arteries, renal and pancreatic dynamic imaging, lower limb angiography, aortogram, virtual colonoscopy, and 3D imaging of joints and spine.
- MRI (1.5 Tesla): Utilized for detailed imaging of the brain, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, liver dynamic imaging with magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP), pituitary fossa, orbits, musculoskeletal system, and mammography.
- Ultrasound (Gray scale & Color Doppler): Provides real-time imaging of internal organs and structures, aiding in the diagnosis of various medical conditions.
- Dexa Scan: Used for bone mineral density assessment to diagnose osteoporosis and assess fracture risk.
- Fluoroscopy: A technique used to obtain real-time moving images of internal structures during procedures such as barium studies and joint injections.
- Mammography: Specialized imaging for breast screening and diagnostic evaluation of breast abnormalities.
