Dr. Tanveer Shafqat is a highly accomplished obstetrician and gynecologist with over 25 years of experience in women’s healthcare. A distinguished expert in laparoscopic surgery, infertility treatment, hysteroscopy, urogynaecology, and pelvic floor reconstruction, Dr. Shafqat has dedicated her career to advancing women’s health through clinical excellence, surgical expertise, and medical education.
After earning her MBBS from Khyber Medical College, Peshawar University in 1994, Dr. Shafqat completed her FCPS in Obstetrics and Gynecology from CPSP in 1999. Her professional journey spans roles in some of the most prestigious medical institutions, including Lady Reading Hospital—one of the busiest tertiary care hospitals in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Rising through the ranks from Senior Registrar to Professor, she has played a pivotal role in patient care, medical training, and academic leadership.
