Dr. Sofia Khan’s journey in medicine began at Khyber Medical College, graduating in 2006. Following a comprehensive foundation training in the UK, she earned her CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) in Family Medicine by 2014.
During her family medicine training, Dr. Khan discovered a passion for dermatology. She pursued further specialization, gaining valuable experience at renowned institutions like University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire, Saint Cross Hospital, and George Eliot Hospital.
To refine her skills in cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Khan worked at Vitality Medical Group as a General Practitioner with a focus on this area. She further bolstered her qualifications with a fellowship from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.
Returning to Pakistan in 2018, Dr. Sofia served as a Consultant Dermatologist at Rehman Medical Institute before joining Peshawar General Hospital in March 2023.
